Founder and CEO of ADS Co., Ltd., Mr. Adysak Mounvongsa has firsthand experience working in South Korea and deeply understands the life and challenges of foreign workers.
He established ADS to be an organization that not only sends workers abroad but also supports them closely at every stage — from pre-departure to on-the-job, and even when issues arise overseas. Under his leadership, ADS focuses on training workers to be disciplined, preventing risky behaviors, and ensuring complete preparation before traveling, working responsibly and transparently with international partners.
Beyond labor-related missions, he recognizes the importance of developing service quality in Laos to meet international standards — in education, tourism, travel, and business consulting. With a long-term vision, he has expanded ADS's services to cover job placement, training centers, scholarships, tourism, visas, and government document services — serving every client and partner with sincerity, responsibility, and ethical integrity.
